PEACH GLAZE PIE 
4 c. sliced peaches
1/2 c. water
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
1 9" baked pie shell

Crush about 1-1 1/2 cups peaches. Combine with water, sugar and cornstarch. Cook over low heat until clear. Add butter and cool slightly. Pour over remaining slices in pie shell. Be sure to cover all slices. Chill at least 2 hours. Serve topped with ice cream or whipped cream.
