2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
2 sticks butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. buttermilk

Put sugar and flour in a bowl and set aside. Mix together cocoa, water, butter, and vanilla; bring to a boil and pour over flour. Mix well. Add eggs, soda, and buttermilk. Bake about 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees in an oblong pan. DO NOT OVER COOK!

ICING:

1 stick butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Cook and let come to a boil. Add 1 box confectioners sugar. Pour over hot cake.
