HOLIDAY SWEET POTATOES 
1/2 c. butter
6 sweet potatoes, cooked, peeled & slices (I baked, cut in 1/2)
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. buttermilk
3/4 c. chopped pecans (opt.)
Marshmallows

Add butter to hot potatoes. Combine with 6 ingredients with mixer. Stir in pecans, if desired. Place mixture in greased 2 quart casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with marshmallows during last 10 minutes. Serve 10 to 12.
