RED BEANS AND RICE SUPREME 
1 lb. lean ground red meat
1 lb. ground sausage
1 large ham steak, chopped
1 can kidney or pinto beans
4 cups sliced tomatoes (or 2 cans tomatoes)
4 celery sticks, sliced
1 onion, diced
1 garlic clove, minced
1 bay leaf
4 cups rice (more or less)
ground pepper

Cook all meats until browned. Add beans, tomatoes, celery, onion and garlic skillet style. Cook until tender. Simmer with bay leaf.

Prepare rice as per servings needed. Serve over rice.

It is good with fresh garlic, corn or yeast bread.
