2 c. cottage cheese (small curd)
2 eggs
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 unbaked pie shell

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into unbaked pie shell.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until set.
