YUM YUM CHICKEN | |
3 lb. chicken 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of celery soup 1 c. sour cream (8 oz.) 1 pkg. chicken flavored Stove Top stuffing 1 c. butter 1 c. chicken broth Season and boil chicken. Save broth. Cool and bone, discarding skin. Cut in bite-size pieces. Arrange chicken in 9 x 11 inch casserole dish. Mix soups and sour cream; spread over chicken. Spread Stove Top crumbs over top. Melt butter and add broth and flavor packet. Mix these ingredients and pour over crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 4-6. |
