TEMPURA CHICKEN 
Boneless chicken breast, 4-8 pieces
Eggs, beaten (as many as it takes)
Cracker meal
Wesson oil

Cut chicken in small pieces, dip in egg, roll in cracker meal. Deep fry about 3 minutes on each side. Immediately dip each piece in sauce. Drain on paper towel. Good warm or cold. Yum! Yum!

SAUCE:

3/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. sugar

Cook until bubbly.
