PICNIC CHICKEN | |
1/4 c. butter, melted 8 to 12 pieces of chicken 1/3 c. peanut butter 2/3 c. milk 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. paprika 6 tbsp. flour 6 tbsp. corn meal Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix peanut butter, milk and salt; set aside. Mix paprika, flour and cornmeal. Pour melted butter into foil lined pan. Dip chicken in peanut butter mixture and then roll into flour mixture. Bake 1 hour; turn chicken over after 30 minutes. |
