PICNIC SALAD ROLLS 
1 c. shredded carrot
3/4 c. green pepper
3/4 c. chopped tomato
3/4 c. chopped celery
3 tbsp. chopped onion
3 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
3 tbsp. chopped dill pickle
1/2 c. garlic-flavored sour cream dip
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. salt
10 hard rolls
Leaf lettuce

Combine first 7 ingredients tossing well. Combine dip, mayonnaise and salt and mix well. Fold into vegetable mixture.

Cut a hole in tops of rolls and scoop out centers leaving 1/2 inch shell. Line roll with lettuce leaf and spoon in mixture. Wrap tight and chill.
