ITALIAN PICNIC SALAD 
Round Italian bread, slice off top, hollow out inside

In food processor, coarsely chop:

1/2 c. black olives
1/2 c. green olives
1/2 c. pimentos
3 anchovies
3 cloves garlic
1/2 c. marinated artichoke hearts
Salt, pepper, FRESH parsley, basil, fennel

Put half of above salad in bottom of "bowl". Press down firmly. Lay down several layers of:

Proscicutto
Mozzarella
Sa lami
Provolone
Ham
