RICE PICNIC SALAD 
3 c. hot cooked rice
1/4 c. French dressing
1/4 c. minced onions
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. minced celery
1/3 c. minced green pepper
1/4 c. minced sour pickles
1/3 c. sweet relish
2 tbsp. minced pimento
2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
2/3 c. mayonnaise

Combine rice, French dressing, onions, salt and pepper. Let stand while preparing remaining ingredients. Add celery, green pepper, sour pickles, sweet relish, pimento, eggs and mayonnaise; toss lightly with fork. Chill thoroughly. Serves 6.
