COUNTRY CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears, cooked and drained
1 c. cooked chicken pieces
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. shredded cheese
1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp. melted butter

Arrange broccoli in a casserole dish; top with chicken. Combine next three ingredients, pour over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese. Mix crumbs and butter, sprinkle over cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Serves 4.
