NUT ROLL DOUGH 
1 c. lukewarm milk
2 tbsp. sugar
3 pkgs. fast rising yeast
3 tbsp. flour

Mix all together and let it raise up and start to fall down.

SECOND PART:

8 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 lb. butter
1 tsp. salt

Mix this like pie dough. 6 egg yolks, save whites 2 tsp. vanilla

Add this to First Part and mix to Second Part to make soft dough. Let it raise until double. Punch it down. Let raise again and cut in even 7 or 8 balls. Let it rest a little and roll out each ball. Fill with walnuts and roll up like jelly rolls (punch with fork when rolled) 2 1/2 c. sugar

Heat 1 cup milk with 1 tablespoon butter. Add more milk if needed with egg whites and 2 teaspoons vanilla. Let rolls raise little. Wash with egg yolks. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
