CARROT CAKE WITH FROSTING | |
2 c. sugar 2 c. flour, all-purpose 2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 2 tsp. cinnamon 1 1/2 c. cooking oil 4 eggs 3 c. grated carrots Combine all ingredients; mix thoroughly. Pour into three greased and floured cake pans. Bake at 325 degrees until cake tester inserted comes out clean. Cool. FROSTING: 1 stick butter 8 oz. cream cheese 1 box confectioners' sugar 3 tsp. vanilla 1 c. chopped pecans |
