CARROT CAKE AND CREAM CHEESE
FROSTING
 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. oil
4 eggs
3 c. grated carrots
1 tsp. cinnamon

Sift together in large bowl flour, sugar, soda, and salt. Beat in oil and eggs (one at a time). Stir in carrots and cinnamon. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
1 c. chopped pecans

Add enough milk to spread easily.
