CARROT CAKE & CREAM CHEESE
FROSTING
 
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. white sugar

Mix above ingredients together and add:

3 c. shredded, grated carrots
1 1/2 c. oil
1 c. chopped nuts
4 eggs

Bake in greased 13" pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

1 box confectioners' sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter, softened
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix above together for frosting. Sprinkle nuts for decorations on top.
