HEATH BAR CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. brown sugar

Cut 1/2 cup butter into flour and sugar. Keep off 1 cup of above mixture for topping.

1 egg
1 c. milk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine with above mixture; saving 1 cup for topping. Pour into large cake pan. Sprinkle the 1 cup of topping on top of batter. Sprinkle on 1/2 cup nuts. Break 6-7 Heath bars in pieces; cut them with knife or use food processor to make smaller pieces. Spread evenly over top of cake and bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
