PRETZEL SALAD 
2 2/3 c. coarsely crushed pretzels
3 tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. soft butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 sm. container Cool Whip
3/4 c. sugar
1 lg. box strawberry Jello
1 pt. strawberries

Cream sugar (3 tablespoons) butter. Add and mix well with crushed pretzels. Press in a pan and bake 10 minutes at 325 degrees. Let cool.

Cream 8 ounces cream cheese, 3/4 cup sugar. Fold in 1 small container Cool Whip. Spread over pretzel mixture.

Mix 1 large box strawberry Jello, 2 cups boiling water and 1 pint strawberries; let partially set. Spoon over cream cheese mixture. Chill well.
