ELBOW MACARONI TUNE-CHEESE SALAD 
8 oz. pkg. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
1 (7 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked
1/2 c. diced green pepper
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 lb. American cheese, cut in strips
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Toss cooked macaroni with remaining ingredients. Chill. Makes 4 average servings. Serve cold.
