Best Mac & Cheese ever!! I used one box of noodles, which required 2 batches of cheese mixture. I split the batches into 2 9x13s, which left it to be very thin in the end. I ran out of cheddar and mixed in some other cheeses, which resulted in a creamy, rich, cheesey, and delicious casserole! This will be my go-to mac & cheese recipe from now on!
