Line quiche pan with pie shell. Bake 5 minutes at 400 degrees. Mix:

1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked & drained
1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
2 eggs
1 c. light cream

Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees until browned.
