SWISS VEGETABLE MEDLEY 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrots
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese (Mozzarella works just as well)
1/3 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can French fried onions

Combine all ingredients except 1/2 cheese and 1/2 onions. Pour in shallow 1-quart casserole.

Bake, covered, at 350°F for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions.

Bake, uncovered, for 5 minutes more.
