SWISS VEGETABLE MEDLEY 
1 (16 oz.) frozen combination of broccoli, carrots, cauliflower (thaw and drain)

Cook carrots longer than other two vegetables, just until tender or crisp.

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 (4 oz.) jar pimento, drained (optional)
1 or 2 (8 oz.) can French fried onions

Combine all ingredients EXCEPT 1/4 cup cheese and 1/2 the French fried onions. Place in 1 quart casserole, bake covered, 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

Top with the 1/2 cup cheese and the rest of the French fried onions. Bake 5 more minutes.
