COCKTAIL MEATBALLS 
2 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. dry parsley flakes
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. minced onion, instant
1 c. cornflakes, crushed
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. catsup

TOPPING:

1 lb. can cranberry sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar, firmly packed
1 tbsp. bottle lemon juice
1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce

Combine ingredients in large bowl. Form into walnut sized balls and arrange in 5 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch pan.

In medium saucepan, combine 1 pound can jellied cranberry sauce, 2 tablespoons brown sugar (firmly packed), 1 tablespoon bottled lemon juice and 1 (12 ounce) bottle chili sauce. Cook over moderate heat, stirring occasionally until cranberry sauce is melted. Pour over meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered, for 30 minutes. Makes 60 balls.
