EASY COCKTAIL MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/3 c. minced onion
1/4 c. milk
1 egg
1 tbsp. snipped parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
1/4 c. shortening
12 oz. bottle chili sauce
10 oz. jar grape jelly

Mix ground beef, crumbs, onion, milk, egg and next 4 ingredients. Gently shape into one inch balls. Melt shortening in a large skillet. Brown meatballs. Remove and pour off fat. Heat chili sauce and jelly in skillet until well mixed. Add meatballs - stir until fully coated. Simmer 30 minutes. Yields: 4-5 dozen. Serve in chafing dish.
