SQUARE DUMPLINGS 
2 c. flour
2 tbsp. shortening
1/4 c. water
1/4 tsp. salt

Combine ingredients. Work into a smooth ball. Cover. Let stand 10-15 minutes. Roll as thin as possible on floured surface. Cut into small squares. Cook 40-45 minutes in meat broth.
