CATHEDRAL WINDOWS 
1 stick of butter
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate bits
1 egg
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 (10 oz.) pkg. mini marshmallows (colored)
Coconut

Melt chocolate bits and butter. Cool 20 minutes. Beat egg and sugar and then add to mixture. Add nuts and vanilla and fold in marshmallows.

Cut 2 (18 inch) foil paper and spread coconut on them. Divide mixture in half and place over coconut making a log. Wrap foil around mixture and refrigerate. Cut in slices when ready to serve.
