1 box yellow cake mix
1 large instant chocolate pudding mix
8 oz. dairy sour cream
1/2 cup sugar
2/3 cup water
3/4 cup oil
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
6 oz. mini chocolate chips

Mix cake and pudding mix together; stir in other ingredients, adding chocolate chips last. Pour in greased and floured Bundt or tube pan. Bake in 350°F oven for 1 hour or until tests done. Cool and dust with powdered sugar, if desired.
