INSIDE OUT RAVIOLI 
1 lb. ground beef
Garlic salt or minced garlic (1/2 tsp.)
1 #1 can spaghetti sauce
1 (6 oz.) tomato paste
Chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach
2 c. macaroni, cooked and drained
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 well beaten eggs
1/2 c. bread crumbs

Brown beef, onion and garlic in large skillet. Cook spinach, drain and reserve liquid; add water to make 1 cup. Add spinach liquid, spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce, tomato paste, salt and pepper to meat mixture. Simmer 10 minutes. Combine spinach with remaining ingredients and put in 9 x 13 pan. Top with meat mixture. Bake covered. 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes before serving. Serves 8 to 10.
