INSIDE OUT RAVIOLI 
1 med. onion
1 clove garlic
2 lbs. ground beef
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cook & save water & add more to make 1 c. water
1 (12 oz.) pkg. bow tie noodles, cook with 1 tsp. oil & 1/2 tsp. salt

Brown onion, garlic and ground beef; drain.

SPAGHETTI SAUCE:

1 lg. bottle Ragu or Prego with mushrooms
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. spinach juice with water

Simmer on low heat.

1 c. Mozzarella cheese 1 c. Provolone cheese 1/2 c. bread crumbs 1/4 c. salad oil

Combine these ingredients with spinach. Oil bottom of 2 (13"x9") pans and spread noodles, then meat, then spinach. Top with sauce and mix a little with some extra cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
