RAVIOLI 
1 pkg. mostaciolli
1 med. onion
1 lb. hot sausage
1 lg. can chopped pimentos
1 lg. can chopped mushrooms
1 can tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
1 can tomato puree
1 can tomato sauce
Grated Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook mostaciolli and let stand. Cook sausage until grey. Add onion, cook on low heat until golden. Add mushrooms and pimentos; cook. Add tomatoes and simmer. Put in layers in casserole (mostaciolli sauce, Parmesan cheese). Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until cheese on top browns. Yield: 6.
