INSIDE-OUT RAVIOLI 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion (or use less)
1 clove garlic, minced or garlic salt
1 (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach
1 (1 lb.) jar spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
1 (7 oz.) pkg. (2 c.) shell or elbow macaroni, cooked and drained (any size)
4 oz. (1 c.) shredded sharp process American or Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs (canned)
2 eggs, well beaten
1/4 c. salad oil
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Brown ground beef, onion and garlic in large skillet. Drain grease. Cook spinach as directed. Drain and save liquid. Add water to spinach liquid, spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce, tomato paste, salt and pepper to meat mixture. Simmer 10 minutes. Add spinach, cheese, bread crumbs, eggs and oil to cooked macaroni. Spread in baking dish and top with meat sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
