UPSIDE DOWN RAVIOLI | |
1 lb. ground meat 2 tbsp. chopped onion 1 (30 oz.) jar Ragu sauce 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach 1 (7 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni 1 c. shredded American or cheddar cheese 1/2 c. bread crumbs 2 eggs, well beaten 1/4 c. corn oil Make meat sauce by frying ground meat and onions. Add Ragu sauce. Add spinach that has been cooked according to package directions (microwave). Add cooked elbow macaroni, cheese, bread crumbs, eggs and corn oil. Mix all together and put in bottom of 13"x9" dish, then top with meat sauce (sauce will be about 1/2" thick on top). Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand about 10 minutes before serving. Serves 8 to 10. |
