INSIDE OUT RAVIOLI 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. salad oil
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 med. onion
Garlic to taste

Brown beef, onion and garlic in the salad oil. Cook spinach and drain liquid into measuring cup. Add water to make 1 cup and stir into meat mixture. Simmer for 10 minutes.

1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (1 lb.) jar spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (7 oz.) pkg. (2 c.) macaroni, cooked
1 c. sharp cheese, shredded
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
2 eggs, well beaten
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
Dash of pepper
1/4 c. salad oil

Combine spinach with all ingredients except spaghetti sauce. Spread in a baking dish. Pour spaghetti sauce over all. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
