SPECIAL "K" BARS 
1 c. sugar
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. syrup (white
6 c. Special "K" cereal

TOPPING:

1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
2 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips

Mix sugar and syrup together and bring to a boil. Add peanut butter and stir until melted. Add Special "K" stir until evenly covered. Turn into buttered 9 x 13 x 2 inch cake pan. Melt together and mix well chocolate and butterscotch chips. Spread evenly over top of cereal mixture. When topping is set, cut in small squares.
