2 tbsp. butter
1 c. white sugar
1 c. white Karo syrup
1 1/2 c. peanut butter
6 c. Special K. cereal
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips

Melt in pan over low heat: butter, sugar and syrup. Remove form heat and stir in 1 1/2 cup peanut butter. Pour this mixture over 6 cups of Special K cereal and pat in a 9 x 13 ungreased pan. Melt over hot water: chocolate chips and butterscotch chips. Pour over first mixture and spread evenly.
