POTATO SALAD 
2 eggs
1 can condensed milk
1/2 c. melted butter
Onions, chopped
About 5 lbs. potatoes
2 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. vinegar
Parsley

Cook potatoes, then cool. Mix remaining ingredients and add to potatoes.
