1 lb. button mushrooms
1 c. olive oil
1/3 c. vinegar
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

To clean mushrooms, wipe with a damp cloth. Combine oil, vinegar, garlic, mustard, salt and pepper. Mix well. Marinate the mushrooms in the dressing for several hours. Drain and serve with toothpicks.
