MEAT-ZA-PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/3 c. tomato paste or catsup
1 (2 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1 c. shredded sharp cheese
1/4 tsp. oregano, crumbled
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Place mixture of meat, milk, bread crumbs and garlic salt in 9" pie plate and spread tomato paste over mixture. Arrange mushrooms at random over top of Parmesan cheese. Bake 25 minutes at 375 degrees.
