MEAT-POTATO PIE 
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
4 c. instant mashed potatoes
2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
Dash of pepper
1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
1/2 c. shredded cheese

Mix thoroughly 1 can soup, beef, onion, egg, bread crumb, parsley, and seasonings. Press firmly into 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Spoon off fat. Frost with mashed potatoes. Top with remaining soup and cheese. Bake 15 more minutes until done.
