MEAT-ZA PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1/3 c. catsup
1 (2 oz.) can mushrooms (sliced & drained)
3 slices processed cheese (cut into strips)
1/4 tsp. oregano
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese (grated)

Place the beef, garlic salt, crumbs and milk in a 9 inch pie pan. Mix thoroughly with a fork. Spread mixture evenly over bottom of the pan, raisins a 1/2 inch rim around the edge. Spread catsup over meat to rim. Arrange mushrooms on catsup. Place cheese strips in criss cross pattern over the top. Sprinkle with oregano and Parmesan cheese. Bake in 375 degree oven for 20 minutes. Cut into wedges and serve. Serves 4-6.
