GOURMET VEGETABLES 
1 bunch raw broccoli, cut up
1 head raw cauliflower, bite-size pieces
1 pt. cherry tomatoes, halved
2 slices red onion
1 c. frozen peas, uncooked
1 c. celery, sliced thin
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 can button type mushrooms

Marinate all with 1 large bottle Italian dressing, 1 envelope Good Seasons Italian dressing mix and 1 teaspoon sugar. Place in large covered container. Rotate container a number of times during 12 to 24 hour marinating period.
