CHILI 
3 oz. cooked ground veal or turkey
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. minced onions
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
8 oz. tomato juice (1 c.)
1/2 tsp. chili powder
2 c. French style green beans

Combine all ingredients and simmer until juice is cooked down and slightly thickened. Makes 1 serving.
