CREOLE BLACKEYED PEAS 
2 pkgs. blackeyed peas
1 thick slice salt pork or jowl
3 oz. miniature sauce links
3 oz. chopped ham (leftovers)
1 pkg. cocktail shrimp
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 sm. pkg. frozen okra
Salt & pepper to taste

Wash and drain blackeyed peas. Cut salt pork and ham into pieces, cook until peas are half done. Add stewed tomatoes. When peas are well done, place okra, shrimp and sausage on top of peas. Cover and let simmer for about 15 minutes. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
