KRINGLE COFFEE CAKE 
4 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. butter
1 c. milk
3 egg yolks
1 cake yeast mixed with 1/2 c. warm water

Mix flour, sugar, salt, and butter like pie crust, then add rest of ingredients. Mix well. Let stand several hours or overnight. Then divide dough into 2 parts. Spread on 2 greased 10 x 15 jelly roll pans. Beat 3 egg whites. Spread over dough. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Coconut and nuts are optional. Let rise about 2 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. Drizzle with powdered sugar frosting while warm.
