GERMAN APPLE CAKE 
2 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. salad oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
4 c. thinly sliced apples

Mix all ingredients together with a spoon. Do not use mixer! Batter will be stiff. Spread in 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes. Serve with whip cream or ice cream.
