SWEET AND SOUR SLAW 
1 head cabbage chopped for slaw
2 green peppers
1 tsp. salt
1 c. water
1 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. celery seed

Combine cabbage and peppers in large bowl. Add salt and let stand for 20 minutes. Combine water, vinegar, sugar, mustard seed and celery seed. Bring to a boil. Pour liquid over cabbage and peppers. Let marinate for about 1 hour in refrigerator or until cold.
