SWEET AND SOUR SLAW 
1/2 head cabbage, coarsely shredded
1/2 green pepper, finely chopped
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1/2 tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. mustard seeds

Combine shredded cabbage, green pepper, and onion in a large bowl. Sprinkle with sugar. Combine remaining ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Pour over cabbage mixture; cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours. Toss just before serving. Yield: about 4 servings.
