SWEET AND SOUR SLAW 
3 lbs. cabbage
1 green pepper
2 med. onions
2 tsp. celery
2 tbsp. salt
1 c. salad oil
1 c. white vinegar
2 c. sugar

Chop the cabbage, pepper and onions fine. Bring to a boil the celery seed, salt, oil, vinegar and sugar. Pour this over the cabbage mixture and cool. Store in refrigerator. Keeps well for up to 2 weeks.
