CORN BREAD SPREAD WITH THE RED
CHILI JAM
 
1 c. flour
1 c. yellow corn meal
1/4 c. oil
4 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
1 whole egg
1 jar Jennivine's Red Chili Jam

Combine all the above ingredients and mix well. Brush an 8-inch baking pan with some oil. Pour mixed ingredients and bake at 400 degrees for about 25 minutes. Insert a knife in the center to see if it comes out clean. Let cool and spread with Red Chili Jam. Serves 10 people.
